I suppose I'll start off the day with the Question of the Day!
Soda? Cola? Pop? What do you say? Any other regional words that set you apart?
Question submitted by Gladys.Generally I call them sodas.. but depending on the type.. I usually refer to the actual brand name. As for other regional words... I'm in the area that says "ya'll" but we don't say it as much as other areas. Mostly there are just a lot of words that other regions use that we don't.
Today is off to a lovely start. Tuesdays are Mondays for me and since I'm off Saturday-Monday, Tuesdays are pretty much a nightmare. At least I'm not falling asleep like I usually would be, because it's actually CHILLY in the office, today. It's 71° F in the office today.. Usually my comfort zone is 75° EXACTLY. Any warmer and I start feeling droopy, and cooler and I'm cold.
It wouldn't be so bad if I had a hoodie and wasn't wearing flip-flops.. but when my feet are cold, so is the rest of me.
And now I'm waiting for my lunch break.. I'm starving and have no idea what I'm going to eat for lunch.
